By using this website or any goods or services offered by Emerging Assets LLC (“BitChase”, “us,” “we” or “our”), you (“You”, “Your”, “Customer”) acknowledge and agree to this Refund Notice which is subject to and incorporated into the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy located at bitchase.io  or such other URL or address as provided by BitChase from time to time.

Completed transactions and transactions to a wallet you do not control are not eligible for a refund.

Upon initiating a transaction or purchase from BitChase, you may not cancel the transaction. Because of the nature of the technology involved with cryptocurrency, transactions that have been initiated cannot subsequently be reversed. It is critical that you carefully review your order before finalizing it.

NOTIFICATION

You acknowledge and agree you have a duty to provide accurate and complete information, as well as a duty to inspect your receipts. You must notify BitChase’s Customer Service Department via e-mail to sales@bitchase.io within fourteen days of the date of your order with BitChase. All refund requests received after this time period are not eligible for a refund. Under no circumstances will interest be paid on amounts refunded.

REFUNDS GENERALLY

Only failed or incomplete transactions are eligible for a refund. BitChase reserves the right to determine, in its sole discretion, if you meet the criteria to be eligible for a refund. BitChase reserves the right to accept or reject any refund for any reason. Upon request for a refund, you have an affirmative obligation to cooperate with BitChase in the investigation of any refund request and shall provide any records or information related to your transaction with BitChase upon request (including, but not limited to, transaction numbers, copies of your receipt, and your wallet address). Should BitChase approve your refund request, you may only receive a refund to (in BitChase’s election) your bank account via ACH with a copy of a void check.

REFUND FEES

A ten percent (10%) fee applies to refunds under $100 or a twenty percent (20%) fee for any orders over $100.00 (including, but not limited to, interchange fees, general credit refund transaction fees, processing fees, and address verification fees). Any and all market gains on refunds shall belong solely to BitChase.

Without limiting any other legal or equitable rights and remedies that may be available to BitChase, BitChase may elect to apply any and/or all of your funds in its possession to satisfy your monetary obligations to BitChase and/or may offset any obligations that BitChase may have to you.

TIMING OF REFUND

If your refund is approved, you can expect to receive your refund within 90 days of approval.
